1) I understand and agree that my online training fees are non refundable after purchase.

2) I understand and agree that the online training and contents of the Kit, if applicable, are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE after receiving goods.

3) I understand and agree that when applicable I am required to provide my own model for case studies and submit to receive my certification.

4) I understand and agree that Pro Beauty Group nor Yumi brand will not be responsible or held liable for the well-being of my model during treatment.

5) I understand and agree that Pro Beauty Group and Yumi brand has Intellectual Property Rights of Training Manuals and Training Program. Copying and publishing is not allowed without written consent of Pro Beauty Group.

6) I understand and agree that Yumi branded Training Manuals is for personal use only. Legal actions will be taken against those who copy and/or publish any of the provided Training Manuals.

7) I understand and agree to refrain from copying, disclosing, selling, or offering for sale any and all of the information provided during the training. I understand the reproduction of another party’s works could constitute infringement and copying is strictly prohibited.
